Domain Name Registration and Web Hosting
You must fully agree and understand the following terms and conditions before you order either of these services: (a) Domain Registration and (b) Web Hosting. 1. Bhutan Designs offers domain name registration and web hosting service for any firm/organization/agency/individual/group/society for the gainful and productive purposes. 2. Bhutan Designs will charge an annual renewal fee according to the domain extension you have chosen or the web hosting period you have chosen. 3. You are expected to use these services for positive purposes only. 4. We do not allow using any of our services for spamming or posting sexually explicit contents. If you are found using such contents on our server, your subscription will be terminated with immediate effect without any prior notice. You will not be entitled for any refund of fees if you have remaining period with us. The domain name and hosting accounts of such types will be permanently banned/disallowed for the future use on our servers. 5. Our services are not allowed to use for false information/interpretation of any kind of medium to the general public which may cause social commotion or misunderstandings among general public. 6. Our services may not be used to advocate for any issues against any leaders or country which may have serious consequences to national security and stability. 7. You are liable to face any legal actions pertaining to misuse of our services, not Bhutan Designs. 8. Bhutan Designs will keep informing you of the prices of the services you have chosen if there are any changes. You will be given one month to decide upon whether to discontinue or continue using our services. 9. You are not allowed to share the core administrative account details of our services given for your personal use to any miscreants/illegal firms/organization that may use it for destruction of your personal accounts as well as our servers. 10. If you are using our limited services for certain specified period, you will be notified of the usage details and recommended actions for successful continuation of our services. 11. The payment mode we accept differs to the client’s preference. You are therefore liable to bear all the expenses related to any kind of transaction fees charged by any commercial institutions for the payment of any kind of our services. 12. If you are facing any difficulties with your account, you are liable to contact us for the further actions to be taken to troubleshoot the error which may take at least an hour to solve it depending on the complexity of the services you need. 13. If you feel that someone other than you have known your account details of any of our services, you must immediately inform our support team to renew all account details. 14. These Terms and Conditions remain valid till the need arises to change few particular points or whole statement, for which you will be informed of any changes. |
